Burger of the month
To Jerky or not to Jerky, that is the question… and we said yes! So here is Jerkin’ My Gherkin. We worked with our South African friends at Jerky Co. to make a burger that uses their jerky three ways. Then we had to put in some fried pickle chips and extra cheese to balance out the saltiness and richness of all the meat. Oh, and did we mention it’s a double? Now it’s up to you… to Jerky, or not to Jerky?
