The best thing since chips in bread. This month, Chef Lachie of @perthdudefood, has cooked up a burger inspired by every spice bag he’s ever eaten, taking all the best bits of each and packing them into one kickass Varsity Burger of the Month. McDonnells curry sauce, hot chips, green capsicum, chillis, red onions, and fried chicken. $28, all month long. Getcha some.
