I’ve been locked out of my app, what do I do?

Don’t panic. Our app will only lock you out for 24 hours if the wrong password and username combination is input. This is to protect your data, (and your burg stamps), from hamburglars and various other shady characters. You should be able to log back in shortly. If issues persist, reach out to us at info@varsity.com.au.

How do I earn points?

Just pop up to the bar and scan your League Member barcode. You’ll earn 1 point for every dollar spent. Even on discounted stuff.

How do I redeem credits?

Points convert to credits. Credits covert to free menu items. Free menu items convert to unparalleled feelings of accomplishment. Just scan your member’s code up at the bar, and our team will sort you out. Just remember, in order to redeem your credits, you must have earned enough to cover the full cost of the menu item. No halfsies.

Why am I not earning stamps?

Stamps can only be earned on full price pints, VBoMs, regular milkshakes, and full priced cocktails. So if your stamps aren’t going up, that’s probably why.

My stamps are in the negatives, help!
