We've gone fishin' with Gage Roads and reeled in this catch of a life time! Just like Gage Roads, fish 'n' chips is iconically WA. So with their help we've created the perfect fish 'n' chips burger, with Single Fin battered snapper, a chunky tartare, crispy batter bits, potato straws, and finished off with shredduce, pickles and cheese, on a soft brioche bun.
