With these 30+ degree days there’s only one way to cool down truly… and that’s with our summer cocktails! Grab your mates and your sunnies and come down to your nearest Varsity for sips of our delicious seasonal selection of cocktails! It’s the only way to survive this hot weather.

They’re sweet, citrusy and fruity; please give a warm welcome to our Frozen Margies! No matter the time of the year, you simply can’t go wrong with a margarita. And now that we’ve entered this steamy season, we’ve levelled up our margaritas by making them frozen. Think: alcoholic slushie.
Choose between watermelon or mango, or double park and find your favourite flavour. Just make sure to dibs not designated driver before you come down with your friends… you’ll be wanting several rounds of these bad bois.

Passionfruit has got to be one of the most loved fruit flavours on the planet. If you disagree, we dare you to try this cocktail and tell us you don’t want a second.
Passionfruit Gin Sprit combines everything you love in one cocktail. Passionfruit (tick). Gin (you betcha). Prosecco (only the best). Mixed together with lemon, sugar and soda, boy oh boy does this cocktail hit the spot.

If you’re not feeling the holiday spirit, our Zombie Punch is guaranteed to turn your frown upside down.
Featuring Captain Morgan Tropical Watermelon, Green Fairy Absinthe, Falernum, Angostura and mixed together with lime, raspberry, grapefruit and a touch of vanilla—a delicious fruit salad but as a cocktail! A few of these cocktails and you’ll go from zombie to the life of the party. Be warned… a few too many and you’ll be zombie-fied.

Although not new to our menu, our boozey shakes become a popular order when the days are hot. Located below the cocktail list on our menu, you will find our head-turning list of milkshakes that will leave your mouth watering and your belly growling.
Whether you’re craving a classic vanilla or chocolate shake or, you want to be a little bit fancy with Cookie & Cream or Birthday Cake—the Varsity shakes are really next level. To complete your milky concoction, make your shake boozey by adding a shot of spirits! We recommend Kahlua, Baileys, Frangelico, Bulleit, Disaronno.
