Welcome, February! We’ve (finally) gotten back into the swing of things from indulging in holidays throughout December – January, it took us a while! Although the holidays might be over that’s not stopping us from seeking out quality events, sports and burgers. Join us here at Varsity for a good time everyday of the week.

We’ve teamed up with the local legends, Ocean Heroes to create the Ocean Therapy burger!
Ocean Heroes offer a supportive environment for people on the Autism spectrum to take part in organised sports such as surfing! The legendary crew run free events and one-on-one surfing experiences that teach the children how to ride a wave and experience the excitement of standing up on a board and showing those waves who’s boss.
Part proceeds of this month’s burger – Ocean Therapy – will be donated to Ocean Heroes’ community programs. If you were looking for another reason to grab a burger, here it is folks! Featuring fresh Barramundi fillet, cos lettuce, red onion, ripe avo, charred corn, tomato salsa and an essential dollop of tartar sauce – it’s a classic fish burger… made even better!

Killa ambiance, big screens, loud spectators and tasty eats – Varsity is the place to be when the Super Bowl comes round!
Super Bowl 2022 will see the Los Angeles Rams take on the Cincinnati Bengals. The game will be played at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, California, bringing with it an insane atmosphere for audiences both at the location and at home.
The Super Bowl is the annual championship of the National Football League (NFL). Even if you don’t normally follow the sport, the Super Bowl is the exception. All levels of sports aficionados join together to watch the epic game and the impressive half time show. And boy oh boy, the halftime show for 2022 is going to be one for the ages! Featuring Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Mary J. Blige and Kendrick Lamar… if you’re not a Super Bowl fan, you might want to reconsider.
