AFL Grand Final

If you’ve been front and center watching this season of footy, you will agree with us when we say that this season has been nothing short of bloody good. Although Freo and Eagles haven’t made their way to the premiership this year, it’s been an insane season and finals series. Without a doubt, the rounds leading up to the grand final have been some of the most nail biting in recent memory. 

It’s certainly been a close and remarkable season with 3 games decided after the final siren. Collingwood were particularly impressive in close games winning 11 games across the season by less than 12 points only to lose 2 finals by under a kick. 

It was a mixed season for our WA based teams with the Eagles finishing 17th on the ladder after a very disappointing season. Fremantle showed some promise finishing 5th on the ladder and knocking off the Bulldogs in a remarkable comeback victory in their elimination final only to bow out in disappointing fashion to the Pies at the MCG. 

It’s been a bloody good season that’s for sure. We can only hope the Grand Final can live up to it!
