We’ve got a maximum of 5 people per lane. If you’re expecting less, no worries. If you’re expecting more than 5, we’ll split your party into multiple lanes. Book for more than 20, and we’ll get our functions team to help you lock in your bowling party and make sure your day/night doesn’t strike out. Sounds like a good night out, right? Not to brag, but we’re kind of a big deal. During school holidays, weekends, major sporting events, and public holidays, our bowling lanes are super popular, so we’d recommend booking ahead to make sure you don’t miss out. We’ve taken a hard hell no to hire shoes stance at Varsity. Come as you are, whether that’s in your steel caps, your gym shoes, your crocs, pluggas, birks…We don’t care. Just watch your toes.

Of course. Just make sure to hit us up 24 hours in advance and we’ll help you reschedule or cancel your booking. Unfortunately, if we’re given less than 24 hours' notice, we’ll have to charge a small cancellation fee. Sorry!
For all those Type A personalities, we can lock your booking in up to 12 weeks in advance. Not that organised? Same-day bookings are also available at all Varsity venues with bowling, but for larger groups, we recommend booking a week in advance. Just to be safe. Ready to go? Book now.
Absolutely, the more the merrier. But, as we’re a licensed venue, we’ll need you to keep an eye on them. Our security team does regular checks, so it pays to keep the kiddos close to avoid any awkward convos.
You already know we throw the sickest parties in Perth, maybe even the world. If you’ve got a ton of mates who’re keen to party, we’ve got function packages that’ll knock their socks off and replace them with burgers, sides, and hella drinks. Heaps more info on functions here.
As much as we’d all really like to see your dope custom bowling ball, we’ll have to say no. Varsity bowling is faster, lighter, and more competitive than your run-of-the-mill bowling - our balls are smaller, and our lanes are set up a little differently. Big, heavy balls won’t work for us. Sorry!
