February

Yeah!, Yeah!

Super Bowl, NBL Playoffs and UFC 298, a month under tension

The main event of this month in sport? Usher doing his great comeback performing at the Super Bowl halftime show. Expectations are high after Riri’s performance last year but… Wait, what?! Oh, sports you said! Well, with the Super Bowl, the NBL playoffs and UFC 298, February promises to be full of the unexpected and we can’t wait to watch Australia’s own Alexander Volkanovski fight for the champion title and our very own Perth Wildcats push for their 11th NBL title.

Never stop fighting

UFC 298

Australian fighter Alexander Volkanovski is under the spotlight as he is set to face Ilia Topuria for a featherweight title bout. The fight promises a high level of performance since the champion title – currently held by Volkanovski – is at stake and Ilia Topuria is undefeated in his MMA career. The odds aren’t in favour for our Australian fighter but we know by experience that there can always be unexpected twists and turns in the octagon.

Sunday 18th February, 11:00am: Volkanovski vs. Topuria

It’s Playoff time

NBL Playoffs

Following their recent triumphs, the New Zealand Breakers appear to be building momentum towards securing a spot in the NBL Playoffs. However, considering the recent stellar performance of our hometown Wildcats, they may need additional strength to beat the talents of Bryce Cotton, Alexander Sarr and Keanu Pinder. Our expectations are as high for our local boys and we hope they can bring the NBL title back to its rightful home. Mark the date and bring your friends along to watch our Wildcats bare their claws as they look to claim their 11th NBL title.

Sunday 4th February, 1:00pm: Perth Wildcats vs. New Zealand Breakers.
