Green On The Green

After an unexpected and bizarre injury on the golf course, Australia’s Wicketkeeper Josh Inglis was left sporting a white bandage on his right hand during Thursday’s cricket game. All-rounder Cameron Green has been called in to replace Inglis, who although is inexperienced, Green has proven his capabilities with his impressive openers in recent games.

Whilst some are saying Green’s selection is a risky move as it leaves Matthew Wade with no fill-in for game day, others are eager to see Green head on the green for the upcoming games.

There’s only one way to find out what will happen… join us at Varsity to watch the upcoming matches!

T20 Upcoming Aussie Games:

Over the weekend, the Aussies took on New Zealand on home turf, yet were left bowing their heads in disappointment after losing by a whopping 89 runs. It was an unexpected loss that has put the Aussies in hiding.

After this defeat, we’re hoping Australia whips into shape and learns from their mistakes from Saturday’s game.
